  1. I completely agree that when working out, patience pays a huge role in improving. While in high school football, the coaches wanted us to work quickly (even if our form suffered) so that we would gain endurance along with build strength. What are some ways to take it slow but still keep your heart rate up?

  2. I think this infographic is fantastic. It looks clean and sharp, but more importantly it conveys an important point with simplicity. The title is fantastic, implying that this is not the smart thing to be doing, the five stages are well drawn and perfectly executed, and the quote at the ties everything up with a moral of the story. Really well put together infographic here.

  3. I too have enjoyed this infograph and there are many people that I know who would benefit from this. One of my best friends wanted to get ripped really quick and ended up injuring himself lifting. This sign should be put up at all gyms across the world.
